This summer, the World Cup came to the United States and for one month, the whole world speaks the same language.

But you don't have to travel far to hear it. It's spoken every match day in High Point. Carolina Core FC is the Triad's independent professional soccer club, and United to the Core is our story — told by the people who live it. The fans, the players, the coaches, the community.

Episode 1, Connection, follows a CCFC player whose journey runs from France to the Central African Republic to the Triad, and a supporters' captain from Brazil building a matchday culture where three teenagers can go three hours without checking their phones. That's the power of this game.
